Services

NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST offers appearances, dance performances, choreography, and related services for various events. All services are customised to meet the specific needs of each client.

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

• Full payment must be received 7 days before the event.

• Payments can be made via BANK TRANSFER.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total fee.

Client Responsibilities

• The client/event organiser must provide a safe and appropriate performance space.

• Any specific requirements or changes must be communicated in advance. Changes to costuming/choreography must be communicated one before the event date.

• Clients are responsible for any permits or permissions needed for the performance.

Suitable Performance Space

A suitable performance space must meet the following criteria:

• Size and Layout: The space must be large enough to accommodate the performer(s) and allow for unrestricted movement. The exact dimensions required will depend on the specific performance and will be agreed upon during the booking process.

• Flooring: The performance area should have a smooth, even surface that is free of obstacles, debris, or any hazardous conditions. The flooring must be suitable for dance and safe for the performers to execute their routines.

• Safety: The space must be safe and secure, with adequate lighting and ventilation. It should be free of any potential hazards that could cause injury to the performers or the audience.

• Access: There must be easy and safe access to the performance space for setting up and breaking down any necessary equipment. This includes adequate space for changing costumes if required.

• Power Supply: If the performance requires audio equipment, there must be a reliable power supply with appropriate outlets accessible in the performance area.

• Audience Arrangement: The space should be arranged in a way that allows the audience to view the performance comfortably and safely. This includes ensuring that there is a clear boundary between the performance area and the audience.

• Weather Conditions: For outdoor performances, the space should have a contingency plan in case of adverse weather conditions. This might include a covered area or an alternative indoor location.

• Compliance: The venue must comply with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety codes. Any necessary permits or licenses for the performance must be obtained by the client in advance.

Failure to provide a suitable performance space as defined above may result in the cancellation of the performance, with no obligation for a refund of any deposits or fees paid.

Performer Responsibilities

• NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST will provide professional, high-quality performances as agreed.

• Performers will arrive on time and prepared for the event.

• Any changes to the agreed services will be communicated promptly.

Liability

• NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by or to the performer(s) during the event.

• Clients must ensure the safety of the performance area.

• An unsuitable performance area will result in the performance not going ahead - no refunds will be given at this stage.

Intellectual Property

• All choreography and performance content created by NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST remain the intellectual property of NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST.

• Clients may not use or reproduce any performance content without permission.

Privacy

• NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST respects your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms

• NICCI JACKSON PERFORMANCE ARTIST reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
